Killed in an explosion while destroying a vehicle left in ruins. After that, when you reload and enter the workshop building built in the base after that, the inside becomes transparent. When the airlock is activated, it will appear normal again, but will become transparent again after the airlock is activated. I haven't tried reloading yet, but reloading might fix it.
