Crash to desktop. After sleep in a capsule I pushed the button to open the door, and probably change view too, just as the autosave was kicking in. Save appears to have worked correctly. Suggest the autosave should happen before controls are returned to the player. Also suggest the view should never switch to 3rd person unless commanded by the player.
