| I start the game with resources which provide the player with big rover, later on when I found the blueprint to build the rover, in my tech tree is unlocked (i have checked thru science station) but in a build meny I don't have option to build the rover itself. | Randomly, If you sleep in the Heavy Rover, you cant skip the sleeping scene and it never wakes up. it just says hovering in a circle around the rover. You can't get to the escape screen either.
