Driving Cars: It would be nice to have an option toopen the door and open the door and enter immediately. When in the Car camera should look straight, not be left in the clickspot position of the "Enter" on seat. The view out the window is too low and the a-colum on the left is obscuring left hand turns. turn rate differences in 1st person view vs changing to 3rd person view. 3rd person view is way faster at turning. If I have the mouse set for 1st person view and then say, pickup a rock it changes me automatically to 3rd person view and my turn radius is way too fast. Alternately, if I setup the turn rate for 3rd person view, and then switch to 1st person view for a need, the 1st person view is so slow. Starting a new game the FPS is great. As the game progresses the FPS becomes troubled. By sol 21 I could see the decrease in performance, by sol 40 I had to wait often for the FPS to "catch-up" so the game was playable for a bit. Usually before sol 100 the game gets so bad that I cannot play it any more. This game I am at sol 72 and the game went from 60/70 FPS at start to consistent 10-20 FPS ans soon it will be single digit FPS where it becomes unplayable. This is one of the biggest hindrances to playing a long game. Instead I am left with playing the beginning until I am stable, but cannot progress beyond that to even explore and colonize the planet. The game just cannot handle it. As a comparison, I play many other "building/creating" games and I have Minecraft worlds that have been around for years and have been massivley mined and built out and don't suffer any issues with performance. Empyrion Galactic Survival is similar, I have games that are super far along and don't suffer performance degredation as the game play continues. But others like Space Engineers suffers like this game, but not nearly as bad. I have some massive games on there that started at 120 FPS and have degraded to high 20's, which hurts, but they are still mostly playable. A little confused about the dome plants/trees. A tree with the name Oxygen Tree sounds by its description that it should be an excellent oxygen producing tree, but on inspection it produces the same amount as any other plant I have planted in the dome. Makes me wonder why I would grow them other than to see trees since food is far more important to grow. However, if an oxygen tree actually produced more oxygen then it would be an incentive to grow them. I would hope that these trees would be some of the catalyst for terraforming Mars to have a breathable atmosphere or at least play a part in helping generate more of an atmosphere. Game play progression and saving and loading. When I start a fresh game the save time is a second or two, but as the game progresses the save starts getting longer and longer until it takes minutes to save. This is not a good experience. Similar for loading times, a fresh game loads a lot quicker than a game that has progressed far where the load times are start the load, then go do something else and hopefully by the time you get back the Start button is waiting for you. | 29.51 | 2023-12-27 12:23:24 | |||

Game is awesome just some bugs: Wall Sign Text dissapears after sleeping /maybe saving and loading). Planter usage is clunky. Windows are too low, Big Hydro Bay workheight is too high. Hi Guys, it's me again, the guy finding the mistakes in the german translation. I have two new errors. First transport mode in german isn't "Verkehrs Träger". Proper would be "Transportmodus". And then there's the word "aufgegriffen" for collecting stuff from a derelict base. The proper word would be "aufgenommen". Hi Guys and Girls. You made a translation error in the german translation. In the options where the point is crane sensitivity you wrote "Kranich". That's wrong, a "Kranich" in german is a bird with a long neck... the term you're searching for is "Kran". In english a Kranich and a Kran are both written crane. And there's one more thing. Mismatched numbers: Hydroponic shelf has 12 slots. The double is obviously 24 slots. The large dome has 24 slots per area.The incubator has 20 slots. Why? It makes a lot of wasted space in growing food if I use the incubator because I either have 4 un-used slots in growing, or I have 8 slots unused in an incubator if I am growing for a 12 spot shelf, or using two incubators to fill my 24 slots (since I cannot combine food types) I have a cool 16 slots not used.Those numbers just don't make sense. | 27.88 | 2023-12-26 13:08:02 |
