OK I give up - WTF happened to E automatically grabbing and dumping material. Started third game ( sandbox / campaign / NOW Beta Sandbox - partial 50% technology. Have researched thru Rover drill - have full extra batteries and still cannot get the auto grab n dump to respond. Set ALL controls back to default / restarted - rechecked research but no avail. Please allow us to prioritize where power is distributed. I have both wind and solar supplying to a transformer, enough so that certain items (pumps, grinder, etc.) should be able to have power 24/7 but since solar is part of the input, the output varies so much that the designated items don't get the power they need. If we could set both exact KW out per line as well as priority of each line, I could run necessary items all day and supply excess to the batteries that power the rest of the base. Outputs that are dependant upon input makes no sense and forces us to seperate our power systems instead of using power wisely and storing excess production. After exauhsting the Rover Batteries, I was still able to drive it with all lights on. When I have removed the batteries from the bay, one of them was full. Even then the rover was able to move and operate (with power reduced, of course). The same behaivour is noticed on the solar panel - when I try to charge my suit just before sunset and hold the mouse button pressed on the outlet, even the sun goes down and there is no solar power to charge the pannel I will fully load the suit. After Rover Battery is dead, I am still able to drive it, altought the power is greatly reduced. However all lights are powered and working.
